The Magdalena

The Magdalena is a newly renovated 64-unit, pet-friendly apartment located at 4114 Crosland Place, Duncan, British Columbia.

Since being built in 2019, The Magdalena has recently received a full renovation, including new paint throughout the buidling and all units, as well as brand new stoves within each unit. A picnic area, gazebo gathering space and bike storage are also available to our tenants.
